50 partner medball sit ups

50 double unders

40 KB Swings

40 partner medball sit ups

400m Run

30 KB Swings

30 partner medball sit ups

30 double unders

20 KB Swings

20 partner medball sit ups

 

 - Split KB Swings and double unders however you want.

Both partners have to be back from run to begin work -
