Max Calories on Rower/Bike
One partner will complete a 100m kettlebell carry while the other accumulates calories on the bike/rower. Partners will switch tasks after each 100m. KBs can be carried ANYWAY.
Teams of 3 must do 1200m. Third partner holds plank while the others bike/carry.
Score is total number of calories accumulated between both partners.
