Teams of 2-3

50 Calorie Row

50 KB Thrusters @16/12kg

 

Follow the Leader Style. First partner starts on rower.

As soon as they finish the 50 calories, they can move onto the thrusters.

Partner 2 can then start on the rower. Partner 2 must finish the row

and then wait for partner one to finish the thrusters before they can 

start thrusters. Same rules apply for a team of 3. Score is time 

for last partner to finish thrusters.
